Application and use
Thanks to its extremely high adhesion, adhesive 65B is particularly suitable for labelling strongly curved, rough, dusty or oily surfaces. This makes 65B ideal for use on pallets, other wood-based materials, rough PE containers and uneven cardboard boxes. In combination with HERMAsilver matt reverse coated foil the adhesive is the excellent solution for labelling tyres or other rubber products. In spite of its high coating weight this newly designed adhesive offers excellent die-cutting characteristics. Adhesive 65B is particularly resistant to light, heat and ageing.
Processing
Good die-cutting characteristics on all usual machines.
Storage conditions and shelf life
Storing at a temperature of 20 ± 5 °C, a relative humidity of 45 ± 5 % and a dark storage is recommended. Moisture, heat and direct sunlight have to be avoided.
Regulations concerning contact with food
All ingredients of adhesive 65B comply with recommendations FDA 21 CFR 175.105 (Adhesives).
